# Chapter 28
I followed Lucid's gaze and saw Galarhyde standing up hesitantly.
“New foreigner. Other than Ecla?”
Lucid doesn't seem to know everything about Edmund. This is reassuring.
“He's the new doctor at Edmund's mansion.”
I took the opportunity to push his arm and introduce Galerhead. Fortunately, he let me go this time.
“Gallerhide, this is His Highness Second Prince Lucid.”
“A pleasure to meet your Highness, I am Galerhead.”
Galarhyde bowed politely, but Lucid waved his hand boredly.
“What is this? Does my brother intend to fill the palace with foreigners? Annoying.”
How can he be so handsome when his mouth is so cruel? Edmund and Lucid, why do they only talk like this? I sighed and rushed to Galerhyde's side.
“Your Highness, I will decline your offer. I will go with Gallerhead.”
I took Gallerhead by the arm, and he smiled kindly, greeted Lucid, and followed me.
“It seems that you are close to His Highness Lucid.”
When we walked out of the gate, Galerhead looked back, smiling.
I followed his gaze, meeting the eyes of Lucid, who was still looking at us. Then, as if he wasn't staring, his green eyes curved beautifully.
Is this guy really unemployed? Edmund is busy, so why is he so free? I turned around quickly.
close? the curse.
They don't have to look like that. I must look close to Edmund!
“Our relationship is very bad.”
If it wasn't for Lucid, Edmund wouldn't have hated me to begin with.
"truly?"
“Yes, and now I am on bad terms with both princes.”
But the idea of health insurance was lucky. Edmund liked it, so if I succeed, he'll appreciate me even more. But instead of winning his heart, I feel like I'm only valued as a subordinate.
I felt like something was wrong, but there were no other options. I haven't learned to love, so I have to win his heart with what I'm good at.
“From my perspective, they both seem to care about you.”
"impossible."
Gallerhead, in his kindness, seems to see the world positively.
As we exited the gate, roads branching out around the square.
Time to break up?
“Thank you for saving me from Lucid’s harassment.”
"Where do you live? I'll actually give you a ride."
“I was saying that to get away from Lucid!”
Galerhyde looked up at the sky.
“But it's dark. It's dangerous to go alone.”
darkness? I looked at the sky. The sun was setting. I'm used to working late with Edmund, it's not dark. But constantly rejecting kindness can be rude.
“Okay, please. By the way, I live in the temple.”
“It's close.”
Galerhyde advanced, and I followed him with trailing steps. Our shadows stretched as the sun set.
“Thanks for giving me a ride.”
Although the temple is close to the palace, accompanying a colleague after work is not easy.
“Go in carefully, and don’t forget to apply the ointment.”
Galerhyde waited until I entered and then turned around. He is a really polite and courteous man.
I closed the temple door and looked at Galarhyde's straying back.
His tall stature and broad shoulders appear strong, and his silver hair sways in the breeze under the sunset.
A familiar back. Is it because he looks like Edmund? I looked at him for a long time and then closed the door.
“Oh my God, Olivia’s face is half what it was!”
Rowan shouted as he greeted me enthusiastically. Looks like he needs new glasses. My face is not half by any means!
In the palace, I ate nutritious food and lay down all the time, so I became fuller. Maybe my height stopped due to the temple's poor diet?
“That bastard!”
As I expected, Rowan began to criticize Edmund as he examined me.
“You should look for another job. How about becoming a priestess? Governor Lai will welcome you.”
I think this is not true.
I don't believe in their ruler, so I laughed in embarrassment and calmed him down.
"I really like my job! It's just right for me. Today, I came up with a great idea and His Highness complimented me so much!"
I extended my arms excitedly, but held my shoulders in pain.
"What's wrong? Is it hurting?"
“Maybe I'm using my pen too much? My shoulder is stiff.”
I laughed as I saw the priest hesitate to raise his arms.
"I want to sleep well today. I'll rest first, okay?"
“Well, I caught a sick girl...I mean, tired.”
Rowan pushed me to go while raising his glasses.
“By the way, Ruan! Do we have books on the medical system in the library?”
“I remember three books. Can I find them for you?”
“Yes, but not urgent.”
“I will prepare it tomorrow morning.”
"Thanks!"
I lay on the bed in my room after an absence. Despite a week, I missed him terribly. Compared to the palace room, it is small, the bed is hard, and the ceiling is low, but it is comfortable for my heart.
“Oh, I must apply the ointment.”
Applying it regularly is best, Galerhead said.
I carefully loosened the bandages. Although I said it was comfortable, I felt more comfortable without it.
“Wow, this is the first time I've seen her live.”
I felt strange looking at the bullet wound in the mirror.
It's not my real body, but I've lived in it for 15 years. I felt sad that this beautiful body had a scar, but I felt proud that it had been saved by Edmund.
“Kind of scary.”
I remembered the moment the bullet was fired, and I felt afraid.
If I had moved a little more, the bullet would have been in my chest instead of my shoulder. I probably would have died. This thought terrified me.
“Does Edmund wear gloves because he is afraid to see the scar on his hand?”
His scar is so old, this ointment won't take it away.
I imagined him being afraid of that scar as a child, and I felt that his current personality might be a result of that.
“Huh, it doesn't matter. I'm going to sleep.”
Maybe because this was my real home, I felt comfortable both physically and mentally.

“So, did the little one come back safely?”
Felix looked at Edmund in confusion and sighed.
“What, did something happen?”
Edmund paused with a sigh.
"not so."
Felix hesitated, then decided to be honest, considering this to be Edmund's punishment.
"Fortunately, she came back with Galerhead and nothing happened. There were two suspicious people following her, and Buckle is following them now."
Edmund's face immediately frowned.
"with whom?"
“Gallerhead.”
He heard well, so why did he ask? Felix shook his head and confirmed.
“The doctor who treated Olivia, and whom Your Highness brought in yourself.”
“Them, together?”
"Yes, together. And apparently Olivia pulled Galerhead's arm and they walked out together."
Edmund squeezed the file that Ekla gave him.
“Okay, great.”
Edmund muttered with a visible frown, and Felix just sighed.
